We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address. Once product has been sent for delivery we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

The shipping carrier we use is USPS. To receive updates on where buyer order is, or when it will arrive, customer must contact USPS and provide their tracking number. We will not do that on behalf of the customer. Once product ships, all questions on shipping information should be directed to USPS customer service.
